Manager Site Reliability Engineer

Publicis Sapient is looking for a Manager Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team of top technologists for one of our leading clients in the financial services industry. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical applications. You will leverage SRE best practices, monitoring tools, and automation to drive operational excellence.

Your Impact:

• Deploy and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performing applications.
• Design and implement SRE monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana, or similar tools to track system health and performance.
• Create alerting rules and monitoring dashboards to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure application reliability and uptime by implementing best practices in incident management and troubleshooting.
• Utilize AWS CDK and Infrastructure as Code to build and manage cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance observability, automation, and infrastructure resilience.
• Drive continuous improvement by integrating SRE principles with DevOps processes.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience with SRE monitoring tools (Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana) and the ability to configure alerts and rules.
• Strong understanding of SRE concepts and goals, including incident management, error budgets, and SLIs/SLOs.
• Familiarity with application health checks, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts, including incident management, observability, and automation.

Set Yourself Apart With:

• Financial services industry background.
• Strong SRE expertise with some exposure to DevOps operations.
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment strategies.
• Hands-on experience with AWS CDK, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native architectures.
• Java/J2EE experience is highly valued.
• Experience working in highly scalable distributed systems and cloud environments.

On-Site Commitment: This role mandates on-site work at the client's Dallas, Texas office on a full-time basis.

Pay Range: USD 123,000 - 160,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
