Advanced Systems Engineer

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Systems Engineering or Engineering or Mathematics.
• Minimum 8 years of Satellite communications experience.
• Minimum 8 years of Ground to Satellite communication experience.
• Minimum 8 years of Ground operations experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Master's Degree.
• Agile experience.
• STK/Python, CAMEO, or MATLAB analyst focus.
• SE with MBSE experience and tracking knowledge.
• SE with core skills space, tracking, MATLAB or python skills, and some software ideal for backfill.
• SMART OA SE - knowledge of IRPL, modeling tracking payload, aerospace experience.
• Good SW, cloud, modeling, and sim background with space knowledge.
• Creative thinker with demonstrated success leading the systems development life cycle.
• Collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and position others for success.
• Thorough knowledge of technology trends and willingness to champion new ideas and process improvements.
• Good presentation and communications skills with experience in negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.

Additional Information:
