Summary

Primary focus of this role is to support the continuous efforts and projects assigned by the team leader through problem solving, critical thinking to accomplish the innovation of new SCM processes to improve and meet customer satisfaction of LG products.
Improve inventory allocation and turn-over by system automatic function
- Upgrade order management process and system
- Enhance Last Mile Delivery capabilities by constructing LMD (last mile delivery) platform

Responsibilities



  • Provide innovative ideas to reduce inventory, improve operation efficiencies, and reduce logistics costs, etc.
  • Operational readiness that will impact sales, forecast accuracy, Optimization/Cost Savings initiatives based on ROI/Lead Time
  • Provide innovative ideas to reduce inventory, improve operation efficiencies, and reduce logistics costs, etc.
  • Continuously thrive for better way to improve the level of all aspects of SCM operations
  • Can apply new technology such as Machine learning, Deep learning, Axile development, etc.
  • Support/Impacts Sales, Impacts Forecast/Inventory Balancing as well as Logistics costs for all products
  • Innovation tasks support leading, Change management of internal processes
  • Collaborate and persuade key stakeholders with clear messages
  • Discuss operational strategy with key stakeholders in SCM & Biz Units & HQ
  • Discuss system changes/enhancements necessary with CNS for them to implement system upgrades
  • Manage logistics innovation task
  • Develop improvement ideas and establish processes based on analysis of diverse logistics data, including B2C, B2B, and OBS


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or SCM/Logistics
  • 3+ years of experience in PSI management, Distribution/Operation & 3PL/KPI management
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Strong Excel-based analytical skills with real-world data problem-solving skills


Recruiting Range
$72,570 - $96,760 USD
