  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

  • Elgin & McHenry, IL (This position requires working at both our Elgin, IL & McHenry, IL locations)

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $20 per hour

Education & Experience Requirements:


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

  • At least 3 years of experience in distribution, warehousing, or a related field

  • Forklift & Reach Truck experience required

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English

  • Comfortable using a variety of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand carts, and scanners



Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Replenishment: Ensure all warehouse areas are fully stocked, following department procedures and guidelines.

  • Inventory Management: Accurately execute inventory reports and resolve errors as needed. Understanding and execution of order release and sort processing through the host system per Instructions.

  • Data & System Inputs: Operate the ERP system to process all types of shipments, receipts, create Billing of Lading's and perform the carrier close out procedures at the end of each day per Instructions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, leads, and team associates to ensure operations are efficient and on track.

  • Project Support: Assist with ongoing and upcoming projects to contribute to the team's success.

  • Training: Lead the training and mentor of new team members to help them grow and succeed.
