THE JOB:

As Beverage Manager, you'll lead a spirited team of drink-slinging pros, making sure every pour, shake, and stir delivers top-tier service that reflects our brand. From guiding Assistant Beverage Managers to keeping bar vibes high and goals on point, you'll be the go-to for unforgettable guest experiences. Your mission? Turn great service into WOW moments our guests will rave about long after their last sip.

THE SCHEDULE: Overnight shift: 11 PM - 7 AM with Wednesday & Thursday off, though may vary based on business needs.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Responsible for monitoring of daily beverage operations, fiscal budgets, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies to produce both short-term and long-term profitability; accountable for par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine and equipment, completing requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business.

• Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for the beverage staff.

• Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and coach beverage staff for the efficient operation of the department; drive employee engagement through coaching, training, and development; collaborate with Human Resources regarding employee relations.

• Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness in all areas of Beverage; maintain complete knowledge and strictly abide by state liquor regulations; maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, wine characteristics, designated glassware and garnishes, bar menu items, ingredients, preparation, and presentation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Possesses a bachelor's degree (or, in lieu of a degree, at least 4 years of food and beverage management experience).
• A true team player who thrives in working with others to achieve common goals.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations and foster a positive team environment.
