Nintendo's Publisher and Developer Relations team is responsible for 3rd party content acquisition, account, and portfolio management within North America, with a mission focus on advocacy, ambassadorship, and amplification of quality licensed content for Nintendo platforms.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to monitor operational workflow, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and analyze and resolve publisher account issues. You will display strong critical thinking skills to support continuous process improvements which help optimize systems and processes.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:


  • Manages assigned partners and prospect accounts with a focus on either the operational workflow or onboarding of new publishers and developers.
  • Works closely with the internal and external teams in providing best in class support to ensure timely release of 3rd Party Publisher content.
  • Coordinates with various internal NOA teams and departments (up to and including NCL) as the primary contact for publishers
  • Reviews, processes, and troubleshoots issues related to physical & digital ecommerce (e.g. eShop, etc.) software releases.
  • Drives continuous process improvement activities to optimize systems and process and to increase productivity.
  • Coordinates and implements workflows for digital and physical item orders
  • Maintains and administers account files and documentation in shared drive(s), databases, and in other internal systems
  • Aggregates and summarizes data related to forecasts, account status, and other release objectives to present to various internal teams and management
  • Stays informed of industry and account specific news, and reports out to the team and management as necessary
  • Analyzes and resolves publisher account issues.
  • Keeps partners informed on Nintendo system updates and product enhancements.
  • Ensures compliance with NOA policies and procedures.
  • Supports the training of new team members
  • Prepares and maintains weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as requested.
  • Bilingual roles - Interprets meetings and video conferences

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:


  • 3-5 years' of related experience
  • Program and account management experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Oracle EBS, OM/IPM and BMS preferred.
  • Video Game Industry experience preferred
  • Valid passport may be required
  • Undergraduate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Some roles may require professional training in English/Japanese translation interpretation or equivalent combination of training, experience, or ability

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $20.29 - $27.88 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
