Additional Compensation Details:

• $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Dependent on Experience.
• Performance based increase after introductory period, typically 90 days
• Year around work available

Mid day start time, includes rotating Saturdays

The Role

The Receiver holds primary accountability for ensuring precise product information verification through meticulous examination of product tags prior to inventory system entry, maintaining critical communication channels with the Receiving Supervisor regarding discrepancies, and executing necessary pallet tag modifications.

Critical Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Execute comprehensive receiving protocols and conduct thorough verification of incoming product and grower documentation
• Maintain vigilant oversight of product quality control, including identification of quality holds, documentation deficiencies, and packaging integrity
• Implement stringent product identification protocols and execute quality assurance measures
• Conduct safe and efficient material handling operations utilizing specialized equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain stringent workplace organization standards and cleanliness protocols
• Execute strict compliance with food safety regulations and adhere to established company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional operational duties as directed by management

Professional Experience and Technical Requirements

• Minimum one year of verifiable receiving operations experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with forklift and electric pallet jack operations (minimum one year)
• Proven experience with RF Scanner systems strongly preferred
• Demonstrated competency in fundamental mathematical operations
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications
• Demonstrated capacity to perform in 36-degree refrigerated environments
• Physical capability to regularly manage loads up to 50 pounds
• Proven ability to excel in high-velocity operational environments
• Demonstrated capacity for autonomous task completion
• Strong comprehension and execution of verbal and written directives
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
