What is the Opportunity? The Project Control Officer will be responsible for supporting the Business Management in day-to-day compliance operations. Providing support for the Project Managers in the Chief Administrative Office team managing Compliance Technology Investments and Compliance Transformation Plan. And supporting the Engagement and Communications Manager in Engagement Initiatives and other administrative tasks. What will you do?
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers/Program Managers to help ensure projects are executed in accordance with established processes and timelines.
- Provide analysis of project plans and status reports to the Project Managers and/or Program Managers assigned and flag issues, risks and weekly "to do's" on projects.
- Maintain project information for accuracy and compliance, including gathering, maintaining, updating, tracking, and storing project data, information, and artifacts to ensure maintenance of document repository. Support audit requirements as well as ongoing communication.
- Assume other administrative responsibilities as required (e.g., managing calendars, coordinating travel, submitting expenses, assist with presentation preparation for steering committee meetings, project reviews, project tool support, etc.).
Business Management and Employee Engagement
- Supporting Staff Position Request submissions, reviews, approval process, and maintaining supporting technology.
- Providing data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting support to Business Management Team.
- Supporting the Business Management team with reports related to Financial Forecasting, FTE Management, Non-Financial Metrics ( Training, Year of Experience, Employee Rewards and Recognition, etc.).
- Working in collaboration with the Learning and Employee Development lead in managing the Employee Rewards Program including tracking point allocations, awarding points in system, managing submissions, etc.
- Supporting other ad hoc reporting and administrative support as required.
What do you need to succeed? Must Have
- 1-2 or more years' experience working in project management and business management.
- 1-2 or more years' experience with calendar management, coordinating travel, submitting expenses
- Experience collaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintaining project budgeting, progress reporting, action items, risk management updates, etc.
- Experience working alongside project managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects.
- Experience developing project status reports and maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs Experience scheduling meetings.
- Experience monitoring project document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository.
- High level of adaptability to frequent change

The expected salary range for this particular position is $65,000-105,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
