Sony Electronics has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Account Manager within the Sony Professional Imaging Sales group. The role will be responsible for sales and market development, expanding professional imaging and broadcast sales, and establishing and maintaining relationships with Dealers and End-users. Sales predominantly target Federal Government agencies and military branches. This positions primary focus will be in the Washington DC area but will extend nationally based on opportunities. The successful candidate requires channel experience in working with and selling directly/indirectly to Federal Government accounts. They will have a strong understanding of Imaging Photo and Video technology, be a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to be a problem solver. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for achieving a sales quota and for developing a strong sales pipeline. This position requires a team player that will work very closely with Sony Product Management, Marketing, Data Analyst and Pro Support teams. Minimum Requirements
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $73,409 to $97,878.The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for asales incentive, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), paid medical leave, a 401k plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave.
