Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Learning and Data Science. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during the day shift. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes and drive innovation. Responsibilities Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions. Design and conduct experiments to validate the effectiveness of machine learning models. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts. Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and data science to ensure the team is using the most effective techniques and tools. Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to improve their performance and scalability. Develop and maintain documentation for data science projects including methodologies code and results. Work closely with data engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data for analysis. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for data science projects. Identify and address potential biases in data and models to ensure fair and ethical outcomes. Contribute to the development of data science strategies and roadmaps to support the companys goals. Qualifications Possess a strong background in machine learning and data science with at least 8 years of experience. Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Show expertise in statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Have excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Be familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud. Hold a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Statistics or Mathematics. Have experience working in a hybrid work model. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
