Systems Storage Administrator

We are Hiring! Our FDA program is looking for a Senior Storage Administrator. This qualified individual will join our team of highly performing technicians.This position is remote.

What You'll Do:

The Senior Storage admin is responsible for managing and maintaining data storage infrastructure
• Ensuring data availability, security and performance.
• Operate, maintain, manage, tune, configure, troubleshoot, and patch.SAN.
• Upgrade all Storage Area Network (SAN)/Network Attached Storage (NAS) hardware, software and tools in customer's Data Centers.
• Manage capacity reporting and monitoring.
• Monitor and triage Incident tickets.
• Perform diagnostics, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Storage Administrator with a Bachelor's Degree. Additional 4 years of experience maybe accepted in; lieu of the degree.
• Strong knowledge of storage technologies, preferably with Pure Storage Arrays
• Linux, Windows and virtualization (e.g. VMware) environments
• Fiber channel experience
• Basic ENET, IP Networking, Firewall experience
• Understanding of Windows and Linux file/folder/share permissions
• Must be US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance

• Relevant certifications in Storage technologies
• Strong Troubleshooting, analytical skills and communication skills
• iSCSI experience
• Performance and capacity analysis
