JOB SUMMARY Position will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow, IT asset management solutions to meet UT Southwestern's unique business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of IT asset management, configuration management, and ServiceNow platform capabilities. The ServiceNow Sr. IT Asset Management Analyst ensures that the ServiceNow Application and Nuvolo service portfolios' asset management is standardized and sustainable by enhancing UTSW's abilities to identify and remediate data anomalies, analyze trends, and identify potential hardware and integration needs and issues. This position will work strategically across all teams and modules, requiring presentation skills, including creating presentation materials for governance and steering committees. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required

Bachelor's Degree in business administration, computer science, or other related field (or equivalent work experience).

3 years of IT asset management, procurement, or a similar role and
- Licenses and Certifications
ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification Upon Hire and ITIL IV certification is a requirement within the first 6 months of employment
JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for lifecycle management of biomedical equipment software design, support, optimization and reporting of enterprise-level applications and systems.
- Responsible for providing all hospital reporting needs to be compliant with all laws and regulations for hospital certifications.
- Liaison and consults with various teams to ensure alignment with IT Asset Management requirements, relationships, best practices, and the organizational service management team for communications and execution of the plan.
- Designs, implements, and supports Nuvolo asset management solutions that align with UT Southwesterns Security and Service Owners business goals and objectives. This includes defining configuration item (CI) classes, relationships, and attributes to represent the Nuvolo application accurately using out-of-box focused solutions.
- Provides input into the Nuvolo technical perspective of IT Asset Management (ITAM) roadmap planning, understanding the implications of value streams, ITAM strategy, and overall roadmap.
- Performs data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness within the ServiceNow CMDB and Bio-Medical asset inventory.
- Develops and ensures Asset Management DB (AMDB) change enablement processes in collaboration with the ITAM Technical Product Owner to ensure that adds, changes, and deletions are tracked and approved.
- Monitors and ensures State compliance with definitions of project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Collaborates with Service Owners to understand their business needs, processes, requirements, and challenges. Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve their AMDB implementation and data needs.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation of the AMDB designs, configurations, and processes for the Service Owner and leadership's reference.
- Provides input, training, and support to Service Owners teams to ensure effective AMDB utilization and ongoing maintenance.
- Provides input to the ServiceNow team to gain knowledge of Biomedical Asset Management, assist with systems upgrades and clones, and coordinate Biomedical communication plans.
- Coordinates with the CMDB, ITSM, Platform, teams, and Service Leads around Asset Management technical/design consultation.
- Escalates Asset Management related issues to management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
