Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Program Manager

Nemean Solutions requires a dedicated, on-site individual as the Program Manager (PM) for this contract.

Key Responsibilities / Activities

  1. Responsible for coordinating, formulating, disseminating, recommending, and performing all task requirements issued by the Government.
  2. Serve as the primary liaison between the COR and the Contractor's on-site personnel and senior leadership.
  3. Reassign existing personnel as required to provide support for special projects as needs arise.
  4. Conduct weekly status meetings with the COR.
  5. Provide monthly departmental program and status reports to the COR.
  6. Immediately report any other significant issues to the COR.
  7. Attend weekly Marine Command Security Force Battalion (MCSFBN) leadership meetings to ensure alignment with MCSFBN operations.
  8. Provide copies of monthly Nemean progress and status report by the 5th day of each month.

Historically, the Program Manager performs the following daily actions:

  • Provide oversight of all contractor functions.
  • Attend various command meetings.
  • Review correspondence and reports for content errors.
  • Provide advice and consultation via email, phone and in person.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours 0900 to 1430 or as established by the RA. The facility is closed during local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.

Place of Performance: The primary work location will be within Government facilities at Naval Submarine Base in Kings Bay, Georgia.

Travel: The applicant may be required to travel to other locations within CONUS and OCONUS locations in support of this contract.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, master's degree in business preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • 10 years of experience working in a Joint Forces environment, preferably Navy and Marine Corps.
  • 10 years of experience working with Navy Administrative Policy and Directives.
  • 10 years of experience managing a team of 25+ personnel.

Security Requirements: Active Secret Clearance
