Duties and Responsibilities
The Abbineni Lab (abbinenilab.com) is seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Research Scholar to investigate the molecular regulation of the secretory pathway in the context of innate immunity and inflammation. The Lab employs optical imaging, genetic tools, and mouse models to investigate the mechanisms governing the secretion of pro-inflammatory molecules and their functional roles. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Biophysics, Cell Biology, Immunology, or a related field, with expertise in at least one of the following areas: Secretory Pathway Regulation, Innate Immunity, or Advanced Imaging Techniques. Experience with genetic manipulation tools (e.g., CRISPR/Cas9) is a plus. Other duties as assigned.
