Watts is in the process of transitioning to a new ERP system. During this transition, the legacy ERP will communicate with the new system through Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) logic, requiring increased manual maintenance to ensure data accuracy and process continuity. We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain ERP Transition Specialist to manage and oversee this manual intervention, ensuring seamless order processing, data integrity, and cross-functional coordination between systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Manually maintain and update POs and SOs in both ERP systems to ensure data accuracy.
  • Track and reconcile transactions between the old and new ERP to prevent discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mismatches between systems related to lead times, order confirmations, and deliveries.
  • Serve as the liaison between Supply Chain, IT, Procurement, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of data.
  • Monitor system-generated errors and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clear documentation of manual processes and system dependencies to support the transition.
  • Develop and maintain tracking reports to monitor PO/SO accuracy, backlog status, and potential risks.
  • Act as a key point of contact for supply chain-related modules, providing insights and recommendations to ensure the system supports operational needs.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a must) and an understanding of how ERP systems integrate with supply chain processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other supply chain management software/tools.
