Senior Project Manager Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Manager who can lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Someone who can oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring all project objectives are met. To lead project planning sessions, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Primary Location: Juno Beach, FL (on site) Responsibilities/ Key Requirements * Provide accurate project estimations, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently * Track project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan * Manage project time effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality * Implement quality management processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards * Handle project scope management, ensuring any changes are documented and approved * Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as necessary * Oversee project cost and budget management, ensuring projects are delivered within budget * Facilitate Scrum meetings, ensuring Agile principles are adhered to throughout the project * Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals. * Good to have knowledge in o Jira o Confluence o Microsoft Excel o PowerPoint Applications will be accepted until April 20th, 2025. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
