Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sr. Data Modeler with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Modeling AWS Redshift and FiveTran. Additionally experience in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain - Consumer Goods is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. Responsibilities Sr. Data Modeler Data Modeling Lead the design and implementation of scalable database solutions to optimize performance. Oversee data modelling activities to ensure data integrity and efficiency. Provide expertise in Amazon S3 and Amazon Redshift to manage and analyze large datasets. Develop and optimize TSQL queries to enhance database performance. Collaborate with supply chain teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure that data architecture aligns with industry best practices and company standards. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of database systems. Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information. Monitor and troubleshoot database issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Work closely with other IT teams to integrate database solutions with other systems. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in database management and supply chain domains. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management processes. Qualifications Must have strong experience in DB Performance Optimization and Data Modelling. Must be proficient in Amazon S3 and Amazon Redshift. Must have advanced knowledge of TSQL. Must have domain expertise in Supply Chain Management and Supply Chain Consumer Goods. Nice to have experience with other cloud platforms and database technologies. Nice to have experience in data warehousing and ETL processes. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues. Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development. Must have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
