Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience in MuleSoft Integration and Loyalty partner integration. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our integration projects ensuring seamless connectivity across systems. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that enhance our loyalty programs and membership management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of MuleSoft integration solutions to connect various systems and applications.
  • Oversee the implementation of integration projects ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft guiding the team in best practices and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure the integration solutions are scalable secure and maintainable.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MuleSoft and integration practices.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of integration projects.
  • Provide support and maintenance for existing integration solutions addressing any issues that arise.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes and methodologies.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the team.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in MuleSoft integration demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and features.
  • Have a strong background in loyalty partner integration showcasing the ability to connect and manage loyalty systems effectively.
  • Experience in loyalty cards and membership management is a plus adding value to the integration projects.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail ensuring the accuracy and quality of integration solutions.
  • Have a collaborative mindset working well within a team and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Display strong organizational skills managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Show a strong understanding of security best practices in integration solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site work effectively.
  • Have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement driving the success of integration projects.

Certifications Required

MuleSoft Certified Developer MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until April 30, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
