Engage with staffing agencies to obtain new referrals. Review each candidate's qualifications, including verifying credentials, requesting clarification and additional documentation. Collect new referral documentation and liaise with immigration counsel to obtain legal assessment on each referral. Partner with the Immigration Project Lead to record candidate details in legal's tracking system to enable recurring reporting tasks. Coordinate with local CNOs to schedule interviews with potential candidates. Track interviews with hiring CNOs, and provide consultative support to management as it relates to hiring decisions. Coordinates job offer process with hiring managers as well as onboarding process. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING Required qualifications: 1. Current California State Board Registered Nurse license. 2. At least three (3) years of healthcare experience required. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word a must. 4. Proficient in the understanding and implementation of agency contracts. 5. Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, and time management skills required. 6. Ability to follow process without deviation and excel in a fast paced and team environment. 7. Driven and goal oriented, results-focused, and high achiever. 8. Maintaining accurate data to enable timely reporting requirements. Preferred qualifications: 1. One (1) to three (3) years of recruitment preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years of international recruitment experience. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $XX,XXX.00 to $XX,XXX.00 on an annualized basis.
