A Country Manager job is available with our client in Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR. In this role you will be responsible to drive our business operations and growth in the US market. You will provide Business Leadership and Sales and Business Development for Embedded System Development tools. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a high-performing team in the US located in three different states.To be considered for this role, you will have a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Account management and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.
* Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to position the company effectively.
* Act as the face of the company in the US, representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team in the US located in three different sites. (East and West coasts & Detroit, total of 8 employees)
* Work closely with the Operations manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the US offices and alignment with global corporate goals.
* Work closely with the company headquarters to align regional strategies with global objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* A Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
* Strong knowledge and experience in the embedded systems industry, preferably in debugging, trace tools, or semiconductor technologies.
* Proven track record in sales, business development, or key account management within the embedded systems sector.
* Prior experience in a management or leadership role, with the ability to lead a team.
* Ability to define and execute long-term business strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel within the US and occasionally to Europe for corporate meetings.
