Description The HR Business Partner at our Houston, TX manufacturing facility is a critical point of contact for front line staff and leaders at a manufacturing site of approximately 60 total employees. This role is accountable for providing value in the areas of sourcing, talent acquisition, new teammate onboarding, compensation, employee relations, reporting, employee and community engagement, and project participation. HR Business Partners at LDI help leaders manage their teams, assist them in solving both short- and long-range talent challenges, and assist in building a culture of excellence with the HR function. This position reports to the Regional Human Resources Manager and is located at our manufacturing facility in Houston, TX DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting base salary range for this position is $75,218 - $94,022 per year. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting. We may pay above or below posted amount based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and/or certifications, skills, experience, or work location. Some positions may qualify for additional compensation in the form of bonuses.
