Automotive Program Manager

Location: Irving, TX

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic vision for program delivery, aligning with organizational goals and client requirements.
Serve as the primary client contact, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
Ensure consistent value delivery and operational excellence across large accounts.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, risk, IT, accounting, account services, and claims.
Identify opportunities to expand existing programs, driving additional value and revenue for both the organization and clients.
Analyze program performance metrics and recommend strategies to optimize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and innovations in TPA, automobile parts, and service industries.
Manage program lifecycles, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Review claims administration, auditing processes, and service quality for warranty-related activities.
Lead and inspire internal teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Mentor team members to develop skills and capabilities, ensuring program success and future scalability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in program management within TPA, vehicle service contracts, ancillary F&I products, dealer loyalty programs, and/or limited warranties.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously and execute large-scale programs with a strong focus on delivering client value.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving results.
Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset with a focus on program growth and revenue generation.
Analytical capabilities to assess program performance and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with program management best practices and associated tools, including:
Program planning: scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning and tracking.
Risk management: identifying and documenting program issues and risks, assessing risk severity, and developing and tracking risk mitigation plans.
Financial management: creating and managing program budgets, estimating and forecasting program costs and revenue, and tracking and reporting program expenses, revenue, profit, and cash flow.
Change management: managing changes to program or product requirements, ensuring new processes, features, systems, or technologies are smoothly implemented and adopted by all stakeholders involved.
Reporting: tracking, reporting, and driving continuous improvement of program key performance indicators.

Estimated Min Rate: $160000
Estimated Max Rate: $180000
