What Youll Do:

Assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive cost-effective organization-wide employee compensation program.

Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.

Partner with HR and leadership to create fair and equitable pay practices.

Provide expert guidance on job evaluations, salary administration, and compensation policies.

Participates in the administration of the HR System, Infor.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field Required

Experience in compensation analysis and program management

3+ years of HR experience with at least 1 year in Compensation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation laws

HR certification (CCP, PHR, or SPHR) is a plus

    Requirements

    Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or other relevant area required.

    Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Human Resources. Compensation experience strongly preferred.

    Certification: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.

    License: N/A

    Other: Highly proficient in compensation software, HRIS systems, and Excel, with a solid understanding of compensation principles and labor laws. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex compensation concepts clearly and effectively. Skilled in managing multiple projects with a keen attention to accuracy and detail, especially when handling sensitive compensation data. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams and provide outstanding customer service to both employees and management. Demonstrates a proactive mindset and a strong ability to take initiative.
