is being asked by one of their major customers to get involved with them on the Data Center ISP Construction business. This is a new area for the client as they are traditionally a Telco ISP Infra installation services provider. the client is looking to set up a new division under the EFI&T organization for this business. One of the first things they want to do is hire a Project Manager on a Temp to Perm basis with experience in the Hyperscale Datacenter ISP infrastructure space. The PM will be heading their initial Datacenter build and establishing the processes for this team. Responsibilities include team build out, tracking Budgets, establishing and tracking KPI's, Setting Schedules and hiring personnel. expects this resource to be on site but can be based anywhere. Their goal is to bring a candidate in on contract with full intention of converting to full time with by the end of the year. The goal is to have the team in place by Q1 of 2026 for the 1st datacenter build. Location is still being worked out but is believed to be in Louisiana.
