We are seeking Member-driven candidates with a high level of attention to detail for the position of Mortgage Servicer.

This role is responsible for servicing the Justice Federal Credit Union mortgage portfolio, including, but not limited to Triad Manufactured Home Loans and mortgage loans sold to FNMA with servicing retained.

Key Job Functions:

  • Providing excellent service to member regarding their mortgage loans.
  • Prepares releases, sends, and archives appropriate documentation, and monitors the return or recorded releases.
  • Councils members on modifications, refinances, and pre-approvals.
  • Makes payments including taxes, property insurance, private mortgage insurance, and refunds.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs., as needed, and requires extended periods of sitting and/or standing and to be able to use PC, copier, scanner, fax, etc.

Compensation ranges are based on market data that enables Justice Federal Credit Union to remain competitive with other credit unions of similar asset size.
