Additional Relevant Information: General Purpose The Clerk III is responsible for performing routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures. Duties and Responsibilities Answer and direct telephone calls Data entry, filing and other administrative duties Handle routine correspondence, including mail, email & faxes Interface with customers and employees Prepare reports and presentations Inventory and purchase supplies Qualifications High Scholl Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred AS400 or SAP work experience preferred Strong communication required and ability to coach co-workers Strong organization and computer skills Excellent phone etiquette with multi-phone line experience Strong data entry Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act and certain Texas or local laws.
