Job Overview:
Anaplan is looking for an ABM Specialist to join the ABM-Digital team.

As an ABM Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Anaplan's account-based marketing and demand initiatives. Reporting to the Director of ABM & Digital, you'll collaborate closely with Demand/ABM Managers to execute integrated global marketing campaigns across various channels. Your focus will be on supporting account-based strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist with drafting account and people lists based on demand/ABM manager's needs and documenting criteria

Collaborate with the social team to schedule organic social posts for newly published content, ensuring access to social cards and recommended posting times.

Coordinate logistics for third-party webinars, including scheduling time with speakers, organizing dry runs, and collaborating with marketing operations (MOPs) and social teams.

Organize kickoff calls for analyst report projects, define roles and responsibilities, and monitor timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

Coordinate with Demand Generation and Solutions Marketing teams to ingest and update content in PathFactory and related platforms. Ensure proper tracking, branding, copy, and imagery are aligned with marketing team requirements for all content.

Coordinate and triage requests for templated microsite updates, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of updates.

Assist inbuilding and QAingdirect mail campaigns within the direct mail platform (e.g., Sendoso), including for Field Marketing, SDR teams, and other organizational needs.

Submit and track demand generation tickets through Workfront, overseeing logistics, timelines, and project details.Provide overviews for campaigns, programs, and tactics within Workfront to ensure clarity and effective execution.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Brand, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.


  • Ability to think strategically, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field


  • 2+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS


  • Experience supporting the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital


  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail is a must


  • Strong communication and presentation skills


  • Adept at working within a fast-paced, client-facing, ever-changing environment



Preferred Skills:



  • Familiarity with Demandbase, Salesforce and Workfront a plus
