Job Summary

We are seeking a highly Delivery Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Security Basics Backup Platforms Database Basics Storage Platforms Network Basics Migration Tools Migration Planning Compute Platforms and Cloud Basics. The candidate must also have domain experience in Cards and Payments. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to support the companys strategic goals.
  • Be responsible for the integration of security basics to ensure robust protection of data and systems.
  • Guide in backup platforms to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Handle database basics to support efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Implement storage platforms to optimize data management and accessibility.
  • Apply network basics to ensure flawless connectivity and communication.
  • Employ migration tools to facilitate smooth moves between systems.
  • Plan and implement migration strategies to minimize downtime and disruption.
  • Be responsible for compute platforms to ensure reliable and scalable processing power.
  • Leverage cloud basics to improve flexibility and scalability of infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Cards and Payments domain.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve infrastructure processes and technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in infrastructure design and implementation.
  • Give to the companys purpose by ensuring reliable and secure infrastructure solutions.
  • Impact society by supporting the delivery of secure and efficient payment solutions.
Qualifications
  • Must have extensive experience in Security Basics Backup Platforms Database Basics Storage Platforms Network Basics Migration Tools Migration Planning Compute Platforms and Cloud Basics.
  • Must have domain experience in Cards and Payments.
  • Should have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Should have a consistent record of successful infrastructure implementations.
  • Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Should have a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Must be able to drive innovation and efficiency in infrastructure solutions.
  • Should have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Must be able to align infrastructure solutions with business objectives.
  • Should have a passion for delivering secure and efficient payment solutions.
Certifications Required

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until April/3/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $105,750 to $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
