This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 3 days or more per week, depending on business need. This in-office expectation is subject to change at business discretion.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Site Operations Manager will contribute to Columbia North America's growth, profitability, and innovation on our owned digital platforms through exceptional project management, cross-functional collaboration, and focus on total consumer experience. The individual will achieve results by successfully launching new revenue programs, leading improvements to our operational models, and driving capability optimizations.

HOWYOU'LLMAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Acts as key support function for Ecommerce Site Director, facilitating a wide range of initiatives and projects to support day-to-day and long-range operations.

  • Proactively monitors health of supply chain, inventory/order status, fulfillment SLAs, and consumer satisfaction data. Quickly actions on emerging issues and opportunities, updating digital leaders and stakeholders accordingly.

  • Runs operational playbooks for peak selling periods, unique fulfillment scenarios, and responding to delivery issues. Manages cross-functional work of others and conducts hindsights to drive process improvements.

  • Collaborates with Supply Chain partners to achieve fulfillment operations objectives and enable seamless returns and warranty.

  • Partners with Retail Operations and external drop-ship partners to support omnichannel capabilities and fulfillment.

  • Manages Columbia gift card program end-to-end, including owned virtual and physical inventory as well as marketing and distribution in strategic marketplaces.

  • Oversees operations of new and growing commerce channels, supporting planning, rollout, and managing the work of third parties and internal cross-functional teams.

  • Maintains site policies in alignment with business objectives, legal, consumer service and protection, fraud and risk mitigation best practices, and competitive landscape.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

YOUHAVE

  • Bachelor's degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.

  • Typically requires 8+ years of professional experience and mastery of relevant technical or business skills required to accomplish the job.

  • Experience with online marketing strategies and digital operations in a DTC retail environment. Hands-on omni-channel operations experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience developing business plans with track record of successfully securing approvals and funding for initiatives.

  • Ability to analyze datasets of varying complexities and derive relevant insights to guide program strategies.

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, project management tools, and collaboration tools such as Miro.

  • Expert skills crafting visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey key messages.
