Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, and within Hospital and departmental policies and procedures, the Clinical Pharmacist provides specialized pharmaceutical care to the patients of Landmark Medical Center including drug usage monitoring as it relates to safety and cost effectiveness and education of hospital staff. Other important aspects include participation in selected committees as assigned by the Director and assisting with the experiential clerkships of pharmacy students. Serves as a clinical resource person for staff pharmacists. #LI-DF3 Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy 2. Current license to practice in the State of Rhode Island. 3. Doctor of Pharmacy degree required. 4. BLS certification required within 6 months of hire and must be maintained Connect With Us!
