This Facilities Contract Finance Analyst will be responsible to:
  • Assists in the daily workflow and ensures the timely approval of requisitions and invoices according to BCH policies and procedures
  • Assists project managers and planners with Procore budgets and forecasts that are reconciled with capital planning and ERP
  • Trouble-shoot inquiries from project managers and planners related to PeopleSoft and Procore on financial matters
  • Process & track invoices to be submitted to AP. Work with external accounts receivable associates to ensure purchase orders/ commitments are fully paid or closed. Working with Financial Reporting (FINREP) on providing data such as in-service date and depreciation information.
  • Maintain certificates of insurance in Procore and Agiloft pertaining to legal contracts
  • Working with project managers to ensure data quality across platforms, such as the correct assignment and dates are entered on Procore and ERP
  • Working with our integrations partner to ensure data quality between Procore and ERP using Dimension
  • Meeting minutes on leadership meetings such as quarterly finance

To qualify, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business Analytics or a closely related field and 3+ years of experience is required.
  • Financial systems and financial reporting experience is preferred
  • Work requires a working understanding and expertise in the use of PeopleSoft financial reporting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • An understanding of the construction process
  • The analytical skills to resolve scientific, clinical, human resources, legal, financial or administrative problems
  • The innovative application of the highest levels of specialized knowledge to develop financial and operating plans for one of the hospital's major departments/divisions
  • Hybrid/remote
