Analyze processes, identify the needs and propose activities related for the production system development, in order to obtain the industrial system excellence.

Analyze Plant processes, identify optimization potentialities and propose to the Plant Manager strategic topics for the selection.

Share selected topics with the Professional Family / Production System Development (SSP) Coordination / Production Department in order to define their Local / Global nature and the startup modalities.

Support the Plant Manager in declining strategic objectives into project related activities.

Harmonize and monitor project related activities shared in the Professional Family at Plant level. Manage and finalize projects (discontinuous improvement) at Local level, using planning and managerial techniques and tools.

Continuous Improvement: Promotes a "Continuous Improvement" culture together with responsible Functions, especially with the UGP (Plant Responsable) and Line Managers (in accordance to Professional Family guidelines). Through assigned resources collects ideas / activities for projects' improvement, assuring the achievement of expected results.

Fox / Ferrero Lean Manufacturing Governance: Coordinates cross-functional FOX initiatives and principles in accordance with Plant overall strategies.

Supervise FOX implementation, brainstorming with Plant Management's first level.

Represent the key element for FOX methods and best practice, also coordinating and / or benchmarking with other Ferrero realities through its Professional Family network (accordingly with One Plants principles)

Strategic Plants Projects: Analyzes Plant processes, identifies improvement areas, selects projects at Global / Local level in coordination with Professional Family and Plant Manager

Academic Studies: Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related.

Language: English - Intermediate Level

Work experience: Minimum 5 years of total experiencie and 1 - 2 years of experience managing projects of continuous improvement, industrial projects, analysis of production processes, among others
