Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Applications Technician to configure, launch, and maintain client technology solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and escalate issues, provide training, and build strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities




  • Configure, launch, and maintain client technology solutions for both clients and internal users.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues on various platforms, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Guide customers through the technology process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out to address potential issues before they become problems.
  • Provide technology and platform-specific training and resources to customers and internal users to help them maximize the value of our products/services.
  • Participate in ongoing knowledge sharing within the team to stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams and be comfortable dealing directly with clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer success metrics and present findings to senior management.



Knowledge, Skills & Experience




  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support, customer success, or related role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of understanding the perspectives of other individuals, groups, or communities and applying this understanding to interactions with them.

For US applicants: The US base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
