Pay rate: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour Schedules Available: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor specific machines (e.g., printing, packaging, molding, overhead crane) to ensure smooth production. Inspect products for quality assurance and report any defects or malfunctions. Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to keep machines running efficiently. Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in machine operation, CNC, injection molding, assembly technician, automated machine operation, or manufacturing operations. Good attendance is required, along with a willingness to learn all aspects of the warehouse, attention to detail, and being a team player is essential.
