Looking for a unique opportunity to launch your career? Look no further! Staffmark extends an invitation to explore the role of a temp-to-hire Modular Picker in Manor, TX. We have partnered with a leading distributor of chips and snacks; this position offers tons of benefits and advancement opportunities.

Schedule: Multiple shifts with start times between 9am - 12am. 24/7 facility. Will work 4 days each week, including a Saturday or a Sunday. 10-12+ hours per day.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00/hr. (Depending on shift)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Retrieve chips and snack products from storage areas based on order lists.
  • Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions for order accuracy.
  • Assemble and organize picked items into bins, totes, or pallets for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following company policies.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the supervisor.
  • Use handheld scanners or picking lists to track and document completed orders.



Qualified candidates will have picking experience in a fast-paced environment.
