Staffmark is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Grind Operator to join our rubber processing manufacturing team. If you have a keen eye for quality and a passion for safety, apply now!

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Operate and monitor grinding machines to process rubber materials according to specifications.
  • Inspect rubber materials and finished products for quality, addressing any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output, and any issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and resolve operational issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency and safety.



Qualifications:



  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred, rubber processing experience a plus.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to a safe work environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
