Job Summary Sorenson Communications is looking for an Agile Program Manager to join our Engineering Agile Delivery team. This position will have a passion for agility with excitement to level up their skills to help our organization adopt agile ways of working. You will facilitate the learning and growth of cross-functional teams in developing an Agile/Scrum mindset, continuously improving practices in their context, and guiding teams and leaders to enable the effective flow of delivery across the end-to-end value stream. As a servant-leader, the Agile Program Manager plays a key role in planning, facilitating, supporting teams, removing impediments, and providing team coaching and mentorship. You must have a passion to continuously learn new practices and techniques that improve the organizational Scrum implementation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Experience Minimum Years of Experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices. Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement). Excellent communication skills, essential for collaborating with teams and talking with management and other non-team individuals. Prior experience leading through influence. Ability to work with and lead a team. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Experience developing/managing digital capabilities preferred. Problem solving and conflict resolution ability. Outstanding organizational skills. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Ability to sit and/or stand at a desk and work with a computer for extended periods of time. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components. Regular and predictable attendance required.
