Description The Home Loan Processing Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Processing Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. The Home Loan Processing Specialist will: Perform routine data entry and validation tasks Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) Review and validate loan documents Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses Monitor work queues and intervening as needed Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Down the line they will help you get Income certified. Skills loan processing, Loan review, mortgage processing, document review, mortgage, mortgage loan, mortgage loan processing, Customer service, typing, organizational and analytical skills Additional Skills & Qualifications HS Diploma Proficiency in Microsoft Office First mortgage industry experience required Loan Processing/ Underwriting General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations Familiar with the system Encompass Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
