Job Summary
B&A is looking for a Verification Tester to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. We are seeking a skilled
Verification Tester to perform functional and performance testing on Navy ERP Central Component (ECC) systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
verification and validation methods, test planning, execution, and result analysis. This role requires the ability to create and execute test cases, capture test data, and provide insights through comprehensive reporting.
Responsibilities
Perform functional and performance testing on Navy ERP Central Component (ECC) systems.
Develop and execute verification and validation methods, ensuring accurate coverage of requirements.
Generate and maintain bi-directional traceability of requirements to test cases.
Create detailed test plans and conduct test design activities to develop comprehensive test cases and procedures.
Execute integration, system, functional, performance, and acceptance testing to verify system functionality.
Capture and analyze test data, generate test metrics, and compare results against acceptance criteria.
Identify and document test deficiencies, collaborating with the team to resolve issues.
Prepare test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.
Education and Experience
- 3 years of experience.
- A degree in a related field.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Navy ERP Central Component (ECC) for conducting functional and performance testing.
Ability to plan and execute verification and validation methods, ensuring full traceability of requirements to tests.
Skilled in creating test plans and conducting test design activities to generate thorough test cases and procedures.
Proficient in executing integration, system, functional, performance, and acceptance testing.
Skilled in capturing test data, generating metrics, analyzing results, and validating acceptance criteria conditions.
Desired Skills
