  • Build and execute a tailored annual account plan focused on IVIG growth, food program optimization, and long-term strategic opportunities.
  • Support the partner's sales and field teams with member-specific strategies, contract education, and growth planning.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently to advance partner initiatives, with strong attention to timelines, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Collaborate internally to align solutions with category-specific goals.
  • Deliver structured business reviews and executive updates with data-backed insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze contract utilization and purchasing behavior, identifying areas to improve compliance, reduce off-contract spend, and drive deeper contract penetration.
  • Educate the partner on new and existing programs, services, and contract offerings, with an emphasis on how to position them to their members.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activity and progress in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Adapt communication and working style to support a wide range of personalities and organizational levels, from field reps to executives.
  • Stay up to date on infusion therapies, long-term care procurement trends, and healthcare category dynamics to bring relevant insights to the partner.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • GPO or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Salesforce.com experience prefer.
  • Strong interest in sales and/or account management.
  • Knowledge of Excel and use of pivot tables.
  • Willingness to travel.
