Manufacturing Associate

Staffmark is hiring Manufacturing Associates in Warsaw, IN, for a local orthopedic company! Pay Rate: $17.50/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 7 PM - 5 AM

Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and perform basic production tasks in manufacturing orthopedic products
• Load parts and assist in the assembly process
• Conduct simple inspections during production to identify any quality issues
• Ensure all materials and documentation are complete and accurate, with proper certification
• Verify certifications according to customer print specifications and router procedures
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending) throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read fine print and distinguish colors
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
