Our client is the leading career site used around the globe to help professionals and companies with their recruiting and career seeking efforts. As they continue to expand their reach, they also see the importance of engaging with their audiences, adding additional resources, service offering, and insight to help them in their search. This Paid Media Specialist role will focus on the Job Seeker target audience.

The primary focus of this role will be supporting and executing global boosting strategies that will lead the job seeker to their organic content found on YouTube and Spotify across key markets, including but not limited to, the U.S., Canada and India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, boosting/paid strategies, and measurement to help these endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support Campaign Strategy Execution: Manage and execute boosting strategy for global YouTube content to increase impressions from YouTube Search across key audiences and increase impressions and downloads from Spotify, working closely with the Senior Program Manager of Content Marketing and YouTube Strategy.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze organic content and paid campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing campaign performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Oversee agency partners' creation of paid media assets for YouTube and Spotify, ensuring all ads follow platform best practices and are optimized for optimal campaign performance. Provide support and insights to internal and external stakeholders on growth marketing strategies and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on YouTube and Spotify trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve organic content and paid media strategies.
  • Explore and implement new paid techniques, tools, and features to enhance organic content visibility and engagement.


Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in social media, with a focus on organic content boosting and optimization, specifically on YouTube, Spotify and/or Google.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion strategies.
  • Proven track record of supporting successful paid media campaigns across YouTube and Google. Experience running campaigns on Spotify, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and/or LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Understanding of YouTube and Spotify analytics tools and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
  • Passion for staying abreast of content marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry innovations.
