Are you our Site Manager?

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and offers a on-site schedule based out of our Roseville, Michigan facility. As a key leader within our finance team, you will drive operational efficiency, foster collaboration across teams, and contribute to our organization's financial health and success. Your ability to manage priorities, focus on detail, and deliver results will be critical in this impactful position.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

In this influential role, you'll have the freedom to shape service operations at our embedded Tool Management Center (TMC), driving strategic goals with individual creativity. You'll inspire and coach a dedicated team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative environment where innovative ideas and problem-solving are celebrated. Your leadership will resonate across all levels of our organization and with our customers, ensuring we deliver exceptional value and an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Contract, Budget, and KPI Management:

  • Oversee proactive service agreements, ensuring execution of scope and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with sales and departments as needed to address customer issues.
  • Manage budgets and financial targets, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
  • Track and manage internal and customer KPIs, resolving any performance obstacles.
  • Prepare and present KPI reports on various metrics such as capacity planning, delivery, turnaround time, quality, and labor costs to customer management teams.

Operational and Team Leadership:

  • Develop and manage your team to optimize labor costs, improve employee satisfaction, and ensure alignment with financial KPIs. Effectively allocate workloads to maximize productivity while ensuring a superior employee experience.
  • Collaborate with product and service sales teams and distributor partners (if applicable) to ensure excellent customer service and product performance.
  • Serve as Atlas Copco's on-site ambassador, maintaining adherence to company policies and fostering positive customer relationships.

Continuous Improvement and Value Optimization:

  • Implement process improvements and efficiency gains to achieve operational excellence while delivering a superior customer experience.
  • Effectively communicate the total cost value benefit of services to customers.
  • Ensure operational consistency through best practices and precise analytics.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • 2- or 4-year degree in a technical or management discipline with 5+ years of supervisor experience and a demonstrated record of team leadership.
  • Strong skills in budget management, KPI achievement, and process optimization.
  • A thorough understanding of manufacturing and industrial production (preferred).
  • Ability to develop functional teams while creating and protecting value to our customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leadership and employees.
  • Experience with manufacturing future technologies and IT technologies is a plus.
  • Occasional travel as needed for training/development (up to 10-15%, as needed).
