We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Sr BA), Commercial Operations IT (MDM, Data Lake, Analytics) to partner with vendors and business users to support and enhance Commercial platforms. This role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and third parties, focusing on the Commercial Operations space. The Sr BA will be critical in collecting, clarifying, and translating business requirements into detailed documentation and solutions. As a member of the Commercial Excellence IT Team, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and external vendors/partners, to support operational improvements, systems enhancements, and the seamless implementation of new technology Essential Functions Systems Design, Implementation & Project Priorities: Lead the analysis, design, and deployment of systems within Commercial Operations, partnering with internal teams and third parties for seamless implementation and ongoing support. Prioritize and coordinate tasks, balancing business needs, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure timely project completion. Oversee project planning, integrations, and implementations while identifying opportunities for system and process improvements Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Gather and document business requirements, creating actionable plans for technical development, process enhancements, and system optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across Commercial Operations, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, and external vendors to identify business process inefficiencies and system requirements, ensuring solutions align with operational goals. System Testing & Deployment: Support the testing and implementation of system enhancements, ensuring thorough testing phases and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all business processes and systems comply with relevant regulations such as SOX, GxP, and other industry standards. Methodology & Best Practices: Utilize SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies to guide the requirements gathering, solution development, and implementation process. ALM Tool Utilization: Manage the project lifecycle using ALM tools, ensuring that requirements, testing, and implementation processes are tracked and documented for efficient project delivery.
