DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As an Information Technology Generalist 1, you will be responsible for providing technical support to BCI. This will include Pennsylvania's designated Fusion Centers that consist of the Pennsylvania Criminal Intelligence Center and the Western Pennsylvania All Hazards Fusion Center. You will be responsible as a co-administrator for the department's Mobile Device Management solution. As the co-administrator, you will oversee BCI's confidential equipment and provide support to other administrators for interagency operations. In this position, you will also function as a subject matter expert for our geographic software by overseeing its infrastructure and integration into the bureau's other intelligence suite of applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and system administrative tasks associated with maintaining investigative and intelligence system solutions. - Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. There may be an occasional need to work outside of normal working hours.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $58,035 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, networking or desktop services, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services; or
- One year as an Information Technology Trainee or Information Technology Technician (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, networking or desktop services, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Other Requirements:
- This particular position also requires you to possess:
One or more years of full-time professional experience imaging Windows devices One or more years of full-time professional experience maintaining information technology solutions to include servers, workstation (and supporting clients), etc. One or more years of full-time professional experience administering (i.e., developing and implementing; profiles, restriction and compliance policies, and development and implementation of software packages to all devices within the environment) utilizing the departments mobile device management (MDM) systems through Omnissa Workspace One One or more years of full-time professional experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) software A valid driver's license which is not under suspension

- You must obtain Secret Security Clearance issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) during the probationary period and continually maintain this clearance during employment in the position. Failure to obtain and maintain an FBI Secret Security Clearance will result in the employee's removal from the position. Removal may result in the termination of employment if other placement options are not available.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
