What you'll do

As a data-driven, customer obsessed Product Manager - your primary responsibility will be to accelerate growth at every stage of the product experience, such as building personalized onboarding experiences, improving product activation, driving feature adoption, ongoing engagement and retention, and converting free users to paid and upselling existing customers.

You'll lead the product roadmap delivery, and growth impact for key experiences in Onboarding and Engagement. You will have a dedicated team of full stack engineers, designers, and data scientists (engineers, developers, analysts, marketers) to improve the end to end user experience, optimize the customer's core product journey through our growth loops, identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition and retention, and drive a world class core product growth team.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Product Management.

Responsibility

  • Understand market and customer needs by closely working with Customers, Consumers, User Research, Data Science, and Marketing
  • Lead the roadmap and execution for growth flows and features across the DocuSign Platform with clear focus on driving business results
  • Prioritize opportunities, define requirements and execute cross-functionally (Engineering, Design, Data Science, User Research, etc.) to take features from concept to launch
  • Own and execute well-defined AB tests. Identify areas for continuous testing and optimization
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate roadmap delivery
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
  • Monitor, measure and report on key business and customer metrics
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, UX, and other cross-functional teams
  • Apply your understanding of both business and consumer audiences to drive the next generation of eSignature innovations

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior executive audiences
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred

  • 3+ years of experience building growth focused product experiences
  • Proven track record of innovation and scaling products from 0 to 1, 1 to 100 and so on
  • Experience building with two-sided products
  • Master's degree
  • Experience with consumer and/or B2B products
  • Strong knowledge of owning and executing well-defined AB tests
  • Experience with critical thinking and analytical leadership

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary

Washington, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
