WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a strategic and visionary product manager focused on Service Transformation. In this critical role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that enhance both provider and patient experiences, while driving growth and operational efficiency across our customer service and commercial operations teams.

The ideal candidate has a passion for product management, healthcare, and enabling healthcare providers to deliver the best care possible to their patients. You'll partner with others on the product management team to help streamline touchpoints for our service teams (customer service, billing, medical services) and deliver exceptional experiences. The Product Manager IV is responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle phases from requirements through build and launch. You'll write product requirements, work closely with engineering during the development process, and create launch materials or training for the service teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Align the service transformation program to company goals and initiatives
  • Craft requirements that support our service teams in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Create and maintain roadmaps
  • Build and maintain key relationships with business stakeholders across customer service, operations, billing and other teams
  • Identify tradeoffs and prioritize feature work
  • Write crisp product requirements to drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs
  • Execute closely with UX designers and software engineers through the full product lifecycle
  • Define, measure, and analyze metrics to evaluate product success and identify opportunities for improvement



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; Entrepreneurial experience preferred
  • Experience working as part of a team building and launching software products
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence and/or other software development management tools and working in Agile/scrum
  • Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and driving customer service excellence
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and business acumen
  • Experience working with a remote team
  • Curiosity and drive to work in the genetic testing industry
  • 5-8 years of software product management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a focus on customer service and supporting complex operational processes
  • Experience in life sciences, technology, healthcare, molecular diagnostics, or biotech/pharma
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong understanding of customer service best practices, tools, and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions
  • Prefer experience working with Salesforce, however not a firm requirement

Compensation is adjusted based on geographic location.
