The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will proactively identify candidates and build a candidate pipeline by utilizing multiple strategies including CRM management, cold calling, online databases, social media sites, Boolean searching on internet portals, contact lists, networking, etc. Works closely with Recruiters to ensure possible candidates are proactively identified when positions become open.

This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the Recruiter to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow on specific open positions to meet overall recruiting goals as well as pipelines for upcoming searches. Manage multiple searches at any one time.

  • Continually documents and expands the network of websites, user groups, blogs, and other resources where talent can be found to produce names, titles, emails, and telephone numbers of possible candidates for open job searches.

  • Uploads and maintains contact data into the CRM.

  • Leverages recruiting metrics and analyses to validate and revise recruiting strategy.

  • Sources passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, existing talent pool database searching, and research.

  • Provides ongoing feedback to the Recruiter on the recruitment marketplace that helps keep hiring managers informed about realistic expectations.

  • Examines social media platforms and how they can be used to share our employment brand message, respond to our talent pool inquiries, and create an overall engagement with our future hires.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned in order to meet the goals of the Talent Acquisition department and Bright Horizons.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

  • Two (2) years of sourcing experience required.

  • Must also possess demonstrated skill in conducting research, performing analysis, and identifying recruitment/sourcing strategies to generate candidate leads.

  • Must have proven success working in a high volume, multi-faceted environment managing multiple projects that require exceptional customer service, critical thinking, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.

  • Must be able to utilize multiple sourcing techniques.

  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor at all times.

Special Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Proven success having personally sourced candidates using networking, social media, events, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools, and other programs such as employee referrals, military and professional outreach, alumni database, and associates.

  • Strong research and candidate generation skills, specifically using social media and internet/Boolean search techniques.

  • Familiarity with current AI techniques.

  • Ability to remain current with developing techniques and skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple searches at any time and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proactive and self-motivated.

  • Ability to engage passive candidates on the phone to network and generate referrals and additional leads.

  • Ability to generate a high volume/high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.

  • Exceptional planning, time management, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Must possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - 70,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors
