We are hiring a Full-time Security Officer for ADP at 4915 N Marion Rd in Sioux Falls, SD. You will maintain the facility's security by checking in visitors, vendors, and contractors. This includes issuing access badges and conducting regular foot patrols throughout the property, as well as monitoring CCTV cameras and alarm systems. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and security.

Job Details:

* Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour
* Schedule: Mixed Shift Available, including Mornings and Evenings.
* Duties: Foot Patrol, CCTV, and Access Control.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Must be 21+ years of age and have 3+ years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement Experience (Required)
* Skills: Comfortable using technology devices.
* Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
