*AR Charge Off Specialist *
1. *Job Title: *Accounts Receivable Charge Off Specialist *2.** **Managers: *Kervonda Williams (Sup-GPO), LaChelle Jackson (Asst Sup-HQ) and Ashley Reiter (AM-GPO) 3. *Hybrid* *Onsite* *Schedule*: Required to be onsite 2 days per week/8 days per month (**Set onsite day is Tuesday and other day is Flexible) -Option to be onsite permanently if they are onsite more than 3 days per week 4. *Team/Training*: **Expect to be onsite for 3 weeks of Classroom led Training*: Fixed M-F 7am-3:30am CST *5.** **Shift Schedules*: M-F; 7am -3:30am through 9am-5:30pm CST **They need to be open to start as early as 7am CST and no later than 9am CST- They will be assigned their fixed shift time during Training** *6.** **Target Pay*: *$19/HR* *7.** **Contract length: *open ended/indefinite with no guarantee for conversion. Extension and conversion are both based off business need/budget and performance *8.** **Interview Process: *Resume review before setting up interview *Job Description:* See full JD attached *Experience/Skill Set:* * *Entry Level: *2-3 years of professional experience (Mainly Call Center) * *Call Center Experience* is *Highly Preferred **but technically not required. If they don't have Call Center Experience they need to showcase Heavy Phone Experience (Preferably Inbound call management)* * Someone that can handle *Back to Back to Back calls* * **Not an Accounts Receivables position* * *** Attendance and Reliability has been an issue in the past:* No time off during training and please provide notice when requesting time off from supervisors *Software*: * No high-level technical requirements. Just needs to be tech savvy and sharp-ability to navigate systems proficiently *Day 2 Day:* * On the phone setting up payment arrangements for Charged off Accounts -Negotiating arrangement or paying accounts completely in full * Handle Accounts * *Inbound Calls only (for now):* 1000 calls per day for the entire team (15 staff members currently) and working out of a queue; 800 Accounts roughly for the entire team #eastpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
